1. First of all, we need to state that return and refund are unacceptable if there is no quality problem with the item you receive.
2. If the item is defective or gets broken within 1 week after receiving the item, and there is no any artificial damage, replace or refund is both acceptable. If refund, PlusBuyer will only refund you the product cost without the shipping fee.
3. If the item in one year warranty, we will get it repaired for you. You need to pay for the freight back and forth.
4. For those artificial damage, customers need to pay for shipping cost back and forth, also the repairing fee.
